Benign Concentric Annular Macular Dystrophy in a Young Woman

Purpose: Here, we report a case of benign concentric annular macular dystrophy associated with visual field defect.Case summary: A 34-year-old woman presented defect that was not accompanied by deterioration in acuity. The patient’s best-corrected acuity 1.25 both eyes. No signs anterior chamber inflammation were observed, and fundoscopy showed hypopigmentation at the fovea Annular hyperfluorescence observed on fluorescein angiography due to window defect. Automated perimetry demonstrated an paracentral scotoma standard electroretinogram normal, whereas optical coherence tomography loss inner outer boundaries foveal photoreceptors. patient had no history chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine intake, which excluded Bull’s eye maculopathy. without treatment for 2 years change her appearance fovea.Conclusions: Benign should be considered patients
